Slight Increase in Existing-Home Sales in the U.S.

According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), U.S. existing-home sales decreased by 0.6 per cent in March 2013 compared to the previous month to reach 4,920,000 units (seasonally adjusted and annualized data). Compared to March 2012, however, this represents an increase of 10.3 per cent.
